The Heart & Sole 5K Run relies on more than 60 volunteers to put together this family friendly event.  We have several opportunites for you to get involved: 

Serve on the committee

Volunteer at the event
Set-up and tear-down, water stations, food and beverage booths,
children's activities and registation
