Butterfly and Butterfly Gardens

By creating a personalized butterfly or butterfly garden, you can honor or memorialize someone at the same time you are supporting Community Hospice of Northeast Florida’s mission to provide quality compassionate end-of-life care to everyone who needs it.

Butterfly

• For a minimum donation of $25 you can dedicate a butterfly in honor or memory of someone you love.
  • Your dedicated butterfly will reside in the online garden. 
  • Family and friends can click on your loved one's name in the garden and be directed to a page where they can sign your loved one's guestbook and also make additional donations in honor of your loved one. 
• For a minimum donation of $50 you can dedicate a butterfly and we will mail you a butterfly seed-packet that you can keep as a memento, plant in your garden at home or have us send the seed-packet to a loved one.

Butterfly Garden

• For a minimum donation of $100 you can create a personalized butterfly garden tribute page, including a photo and special messages in honor or memory of someone you love.
• Friends and family can view the garden tribute page, sign the guestbook and purchase more butterflies to grow your loved one's garden.
• Create a login and password to manage your garden
